Schedule a personal tour of our campus and meet with the Admissions Director.

 

2.  APPLY ONLINE

Visit https://www.stmarthaschool.net/admissions/ and click Start An Online Application. Complete and submit the application, along with the $75.00 non-refundable fee for each child, and required documents.

 

3.  REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Most Recent Report Card
  • Previous year’s Final Report Card
  • Current Standardized Test Scores (IOWA, TerraNova, FSA, Stanford, etc.)
  • Previous year’s Standardized Test Scores
  • Any academic or psychological evaluations (IEP, 504 Plan, etc.)
  • Immunization Records (Medical Exemption ONLY)

 

4.  GROUP TESTING

There will be an academic testing date that is required for all applicants. Those applicants with completed applications will be invited to attend a Saturday date in January when a math and language assessment will be completed. The computerized assessments will take approximately one hour to complete. 

 

5.  SHADOW DAY

Once the completed application has been received and the testing is completed, all information will be reviewed by the Principal. After review, you will be contacted to schedule a Shadow Day at the school. At the conclusion of the Shadow Day, a member of the Administrative team will meet with the family to discuss potential acceptance and the registration process.
